DEFYNMEN TERMS OF SERVICE
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online purchases made on https://defynmen.com. They form an agreement between DEFYNMEN and the consumer making a purchase on this site.
PRICING
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) for the United States market. Listed prices do not include shipping. The total amount due, shown in your order confirmation, includes all applicable shipping charges.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order to addresses within the United States. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you confirm your order.
ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. DEFYNMEN reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing or emerging dispute.
You must follow the steps outlined on the Site to complete your order. Any completed order constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of these Terms in full. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you, provided the email address you entered is correct. Submitting your payment information and completing checkout constitutes proof of your order and makes the corresponding amount due for the selected products.
SHIPPING
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. DEFYNMEN is not responsible for losses or delivery delays caused by the carrier. If a delivery delay or failure results from an incorrect address provided by the customer, DEFYNMEN is not responsible, and any re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Orders cannot be delivered to hotels or P.O. boxes.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card payments are secured with SSL encryption.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or size exchange. All requests must be initiated by email to hello@defynmen.com before sending anything back. No return will be processed without DEFYNMEN's prior authorization.
To be accepted, a return must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn — one try-on for fit is fine
- Unwashed and untreated
- Tags intact and attached to the item
- Original packaging intact
A prepaid return label will be provided by DEFYNMEN within 2 business days of your request being approved. Return shipping is fully covered by DEFYNMEN. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received.
DEFYNMEN reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, including items that are worn, washed, damaged, sent back without prior authorization, or missing their tags.
ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT
By completing checkout, you agree that your electronic confirmation constitutes your acceptance of the order and makes the corresponding amount due, to the same extent as a handwritten signature, consistent with applicable US law governing electronic transactions.
PERSONAL DATA
Providing your personal information is necessary to process, ship, and invoice your order. DEFYNMEN handles this information as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@defynmen.com. DEFYNMEN does not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state of residence within the United States.
