Refund policy

DEFYNMEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item that isn't working out for you. To start a return or exchange, email hello@defynmen.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is fully covered by DEFYNMEN — a prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 2 business days. Once we receive your package, you'll get a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be accepted, a return must meet all of the following conditions:

- Unworn — one try-on for fit is fine
- Unwashed and untreated
- Tags intact and attached to the item
- Original packaging intact

DEFYNMEN reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, including items that are worn, washed, damaged, sent back without prior authorization, or missing their tags.

PROCESSING

Once your package is received, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.

This return policy is offered by DEFYNMEN and does not limit any other rights you may have under applicable law.
