DEFYNMEN SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery then takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. An email containing your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

United States: 3–5 business days. Tracking included.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order. This cost is shown before you confirm your order at checkout.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout is the full amount due, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. Tracking is available directly through the link in that email.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. A prepaid return label is provided free of charge within 2 business days of your request being approved. To start a return or exchange, email hello@defynmen.com with your order number. Full return conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Damaged Item or Order Error

If you receive a damaged item or an item that doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours at hello@defynmen.com.
